InsightifAi is an application that runs inside your organisation’s FlowClick account. This page explains what it stores, why, and who else processes it.
What InsightifAi stores
- Users: name, email address, role (member or manager), status, time zone, a one-way hash of the password and sign-in times.
- Calls and analyses: call titles, transcripts, participants, account names, the analysis of each call (summary, next steps, objections, risks, stakeholders, commitments, root causes, churn risk).
- Meetings: meeting invitations sent to the InsightifAi meeting address, with their times, dial-in details or meeting links, and their status.
- Recordings: audio of calls InsightifAi recorded, stored as files in your FlowClick account.
- Salesforce records: which Salesforce record each call was matched to and what InsightifAi wrote there.
- Demo requests: the name, work email, company and message sent through the “Request a demo” form, with the day it was sent.
Recording consent
Every call InsightifAi records begins with the announcement “This call is recorded.” If you do not want to be recorded, you can leave the call.
Sub-processors
- The AI provider configured in your FlowClick account, which analyses transcripts and transcribes audio.
- Twilio, which places and records phone calls. Recordings are deleted from Twilio once InsightifAi has downloaded them.
- Salesforce, when your organisation connects it, to read and update your records.
- Recall.ai, only if your organisation enables it, to join meetings by their meeting link.
Where your data lives
All of this data stays in your organisation’s FlowClick account. Managers control the connections to other services and can deactivate users.
